If you wish to order a custom doll created specifically for you, please fill the according form on the product page in the Shop or contact us.
The terms and prices for the custom dolls depend on the complexity of your request. The prices start at 1700 USD, and the typical term for making a custom doll is 2–4 months.
I request a prepayment of 30% of the price before the work on your order is started. The rest is paid after your order is completed.

The payment plans, or layaways, are available both for dolls in stock, and for custom orders.
For the available dolls, I offer a payment plan of 3 months with an initial payment of 30%.
For custom orders, I offer the same 3 months in addition to the production time. In this case, 30% of the price is paid before I start working on the order, 30% is paid after the order is complete, and the rest is paid before shipping.
There is no additional fee for layaways/payment plans.

International EMS shipping is included in the price. There may be counties to which we cannot ship; please contact us to make sure we can ship to your location. If you have any requests for the customs declaration on your order, please let us know.

Due to the uniqueness of Sofie Dolls, they cannot be returned. However, you can request any additional photos or videos to make sure you have a clear image of the doll you are about to get.
